1.開發案產品評估與 RFQ 報價 2.自動化課被設計、電路、軟體審查與工作指導與審查 3.新生產設備導入技術溝通指導與審查 4.自動化生產進程、改善推動 5. 解決自動化設備設計與製作的技術問題 6.異常分析與處理指導與審查 7.產品SOR需求解讀、成本報價評估指導與審查 8.自動化設備技術研發的計畫與費用管理 9.課內工作任務分配及協調 10.課內人員培訓工作協助 11.優化、管理、原物料、設備、人事成本，以達成生產成本最佳化 12人員考核、培訓、帶領部門人員完成KPI指標達成率，訂立每位同仁KPI與檢視達成，人力運用等規劃 12.客戶稽核對應窗口 13.專利挖掘與申報 Project Evaluation & RFQ: Lead product feasibility assessments for new development projects and manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. Automation Design Review: Oversee and validate Mechanical Design, Circuitry (EE), and Software architectures, ensuring compliance through rigorous work instruction reviews. Equipment Integration: Direct technical communications and provide expert guidance for the introduction and deployment of new production equipment. Automation Roadmap & Improvement: Spearhead the evolution of automated production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Problem Solving: Resolve complex technical bottlenecks occurring during the design and fabrication phases of automation equipment. Anomaly Analysis & RCA: Supervise root cause analysis (RCA) for technical anomalies and review the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. SOR Interpretation & Costing: Interpret customer SOR (Statement of Requirements) and provide strategic oversight for cost evaluation and pricing strategies. R&D Budget Management: Manage project timelines, technical roadmaps, and expense controls for automation technology R&D. Resource & Task Allocation: Coordinate departmental workflows and optimize the distribution of tasks among team members. Talent Mentorship: Facilitate internal training programs and provide technical mentorship to enhance team competencies. Cost Optimization: Manage raw materials, equipment, and labor costs to achieve COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) optimization and production efficiency. Performance & KPI Management: Establish and monitor individual KPIs, conduct performance appraisals, and manage workforce planning to ensure departmental goal attainment. Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact (Window) for customer audits and quality inspections. IP Strategy: Lead Patent Mining initiatives and manage the filing process to protect corporate intellectual property.

May install or relocate customer equipment and perform associated start-up and check-out procedures under supervision 2. Perform on-site preventive maintenance. Order and replace defective units, components or parts as appropriate. 3.Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. 4. Determine corrective actions required and escalate for assistance and prompt resolution with the support of technically more experienced staff for assistance and guidance when assessing severity of malfunctions and determining corrective actions required. 5. On the job Training (OJT) to assist with installing and start up and/or relocating equipment at customer’s site. 6. Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and other relevant materials. 7.Execute project action items under direct supervision 8. Perform other related duties as assigned by senior FSE / supervisor Leadership 1. May Provide on-site instruction to sub-contractors and customers Customer Relation 1. Professionally represent the company to the customer.
