Collaborate and solve problems with teams around the world. The goal of implementing and integration of the product with test vertical integration on the plant in schedule. 【工作內容】 (1) 熟悉Scrum流程, 開發及營運測試相關的MES網頁和應用程式, 如C# ASP.NET, Window form, WPF, Web API, Python. (2) Server及Website營運, 如監控伺服器穩定, 相關patch更新. (3) 資料統計分析處理, 資料庫設計, 自動排程, 如schedule task, MS SQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MQTT (4) 整合儀器控制介面至測試程式, 如NI-VISA, GPIB, USB, IO interface. (5) 確保生產線運行順暢. 【Job Responsibilities】 (1) Familiar Scrum flow, development and operation of web pages, applications, such as C# ASP.NET, Window form, WPF, Web API, Python. (2) Server and website operations, such as monitoring server stability and applying relevant patch updates. (3) Data statistical analysis and processing, database design, auto-schedule, such as schedule tasks, MS SQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MQTT. (4) Integrate instrument API interface to sequencer, 如NI-VISA, GPIB, USB, IO interface. (5) Ensuring production line working well. 【工作技能】 (1) 資工, 資訊, 電機, 軟體等軟體相關背景或經歷, 具備程式開發, 資料分析的能力. Work alongside multinational clients and Garmin associates to expand global horizons. 【工作範圍】 1. 負責車輛/車用電子產品 (汽車/車用儀表Meter、車用多媒體影音系統、行車記錄器、汽機車之導航系統等)開發設計階段之系統軟體品質。 2. 主導專案系統軟體品質策略及活動，包含：驗證計劃、驗證時程控管，與客戶協同測試相關活動、系統軟體品質問題追蹤及風險控管。 3. 掌握各車廠客戶需求、產品系統架構設與計邏輯，設計對應的測試用例、測試方法 (台架/自動化/實車驗證)，導入至驗證活動執行並持續思考優化方案。 4. 跨團隊及客戶溝通，主導品質相關會議，密切追蹤各項系統軟體問題並掌握解法及進度，確保產品於量產前達到品質目標。

Serve as team leader of Technical Testing Development team, responsible for team management and cross function team collaboration. 2. Set team target. Allocate resource, schedule according to priorities, and work with team to achieve the goals. 3. Develop automation test tools/fixtures which can be used to test the software/hardware functions (e.g., Media, Navi, BT, Connected services, and vehicle networks) of all of our automotive products. 4. Develop test scripts and execute automation test for system validation, as well as improve validation processes and methodologies. 5. Collaborate closely with Garmin global associates to develop, maintain and enhance automation test tools. 6. Research the new technology and new testing feature / facility, particularly regarding automation and AI technologies for the automotive products. 【Minimum Qualifications】 1. 5+ years software development experience; 3+ years team/project management experience (OEM/ODM experience is preferred). 2. Expertise in one or more of the programming languages C, C++, C#, Python. 3. Experience with one or more of software, firmware, hardware design for automation test. 4. Experience with git, gerrit or SVN. 5. Good English communication skill. 6. Good teamwork ability. 【Preferred Qualifications】 1. Familiar with Automotive products, LLM, NLP and deep learning, as well as common testing metrics. 2. Experience with CAN bus/Vector CAPL. 3. Experience with testing fixtures/equipment control. 4. Experience with Image processing or audio processing. 5. Experience in quality assurance for Automotive, AI-related products, or understanding of basic principles and techniques of LLM, NLP, and deep learning, as well as familiarity with common testing metrics.
