本職位首要任務為針對網通產品（Router, Switch, AP）之不良品進行檢測與分析，找出故障原因。其次是協助一般的出貨品質檢驗。 1. 失效分析與除錯 (Failure Analysis & Debug)： 針對產線挑出，測試失敗及RMA的網通設備進行檢測。 釐清故障原因（如：軟體設定錯誤、機構組裝不良、或電子零件損壞）。 重現客戶或測試端回報的異常狀況 (Duplicate Failure)。 2. 維修與重工 (Repair & Rework)： 執行簡易的硬體維修、更換零件（需具備基本焊接能力）或韌體重刷 (Re-flash Firmware)。 填寫維修分析報告 (FA Report)，記錄不良原因以利後續改善。 3. 出貨品質檢驗 (OQC Support)： 於空檔時，協助執行成品的抽樣檢查與外觀確認。 協助確認包裝與配件完整性。 4. 跨部門溝通： 與產線領班或品質主管溝通每日的異常狀況。 【徵求條件】 技術背景 (必要)： 電子、電機、通訊相關科系畢業，或具備相關工作經驗。 會使用基本檢測儀器（如：三用電表、示波器基礎操作）。 具備焊接/解焊 (Soldering) 或是更換電子元件的手動能力。 具備基本電路圖閱讀能力者佳。 網通知識：對網路設備（Router/Switch）有基本概念，知道 Console port 操作或如何登入介面者佳（不需精通，肯學即可）。 語言能力：基礎英文能力：需能閱讀英文維修手冊 (Service Manual)、電路圖標示 (Schematics) 及撰寫簡單的英文故障描述（如：System hang, No power, LED failed）。 個人特質：喜歡動手做，對「找出問題點」有熱忱。 邏輯清晰：能將分析結果清楚記錄下來。 The primary mission of this position is to inspect and analyse defective networking products (Router, Switch, AP) to identify the cause of failure (先分析維修，後品質抽檢). The secondary task is to assist with general outbound shipment quality inspection. 1. Failure Analysis & Debug: -Inspect networking equipment flagged by the production line for test failures or returned through RMA. -Determine the cause of failure (e.g., software misconfiguration, poor mechanical assembly, or electronic component damage). -Reproduce the abnormal situation reported by the client or test end. 2. Repair & Rework: -Perform basic hardware repairs, parts replacement (requires basic soldering skills), or re-flashing firmware. -Complete FA Report for future improvement. 3. OQC Support: Assist with sampling inspection and visual inspection. Assist in confirming the completion of packaging and accessories. 4. Cross-Department Communication: Communicate with the production line or quality supervisor for abnormal situations. Requirements -Graduated from electronics, electrical engineering related disciplines, or equivalent work experience. -Soldering or replacing electronic parts manually. -Basic understanding circuit diagram is a plus. -Basic understanding of networking equipment (Router/Switch) and using the Console port or log into the interface (not required; must be willing to learn). -Basic English is required: must be able to read English Service Manuals, Schematics notations, and write simple English to descript failure (e.g., System hang, No power, LED failed). -Enjoys hands-on work and has a passion for & 〝finding the root cause of problems.〝 -Clear logical thinking, able to clearly document analysis results.

As a Laboratory Service Engineer at Lam, you‘re a pivotal force in maintaining and upgrading equipment in our applications lab. It’s not the typical lab; you’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration. You‘ll support innovative equipment providing installation and documentation, making you an integral part of our technology‘s success. In this role, you will contribute to concept and feasibility hardware to enhance current and develop next generation of semiconductor equipment for our customers. - Operate in an R&D environment performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibrations on equipment. - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and vacuum equipment. - Ensure safe handling of hazardous gas and liquid materials using required Personal Protective Equipment. - Partner with cross-functional teams – including process development, hardware, and software engineering – on R&D activities, customer demos, and supporting equipment. - Install and provide support for prototype equipment, developing procedures and documentation. - Maintain alignment on priorities across tasks that vary from dynamic to consistent with clear and proactive communications. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor‘s degree in a technical field with 5+ years of experience; or Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent military training with 7+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience troubleshooting electrical, electro-mechanical, fluidic systems, and vacuum systems. - Proficient use of a variety of hand tools and electronic test equipment for maintenance, repair, and assembly tasks. - Capable of working in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment, or cleanroom suit. - Semiconductor industry experience or understanding of Lam products is a plus.
