Collaborate with internal users and process engineers to understand requirements and build tools that streamline production workflows. Enhance and maintain existing backend web services with a focus on reliability and scalability. Optimize system performance to handle large data volumes and high throughput. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the platform to ensure a smooth, reliable experience for all users. 【Requirements】 Proven experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend systems. Proficiency in C# (preferred) or other backend languages such as Java or Go. Highly proficient in using AI coding tools and agents (such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor) to enhance coding efficiency, assist in complex debugging, and accelerate overall backend development and delivery processes. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on performance optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is a plus but not required.
