1.部門內部文件管理 負責部門相關管理文件之整理、建檔、維護與更新，確保文件內容正確、版本可控，並配合內外部稽核需求。 2.物料管理與追蹤 協助治具與相關物料之申請、領用、盤點與庫存管理，確保帳料一致，並即時回報異常狀況。 3.治具例行維護與校驗 執行治具之日常保養、定期維護與校驗作業，確保治具功能正常、測試結果準確，並配合記錄相關維護與校驗紀錄。 4.其他主管交辦事項 配合部門運作需求，支援主管交辦之臨時性或專案性工作。
