1.需求釐清與轉化： 釐清客戶對於 AI DC 空間與結構的特殊架構指標（如：大跨度樓棟空間設計、高密度結構承載力、基礎防震與特種抗震等），並精確轉化為工程需求傳遞給 EPC 團隊。 2.招投標與發包技術支持： 參與土建工程標案之技術規範書（SOW）編製，參與評標會議，並實質審查承包商的施工計畫、機具與技術實力。

1. 負責 AI Server / GPU Server 平台整體系統架構規劃與設計。 2. 規劃 AI Rack (or AI Cluster) 架構，包含 compute、network、power 與 cooling integration。 3. 協助高功耗 AI Server thermal 與 power architecture 設計，包含 liquid cooling、rack power density、PSU/BBU 等。 4. 協助 CSP/Hyperscaler 等客戶進行技術討論、需求分析與 solution customization。 5. 評估新世代 AI Infrastructure 技術與 roadmap，包含 CXL、UEC、Optical Interconnect、Rack-scale Architecture 等。 6. 須與外國客戶直接溝通, 具備英文聽說讀寫能力。

專案管理與跨國協作(60％)： 跨國專案規劃與執行：制定 IT 專案計劃，明確定義專案目標、範疇、資源需求與時程表（Timeline），確保跨國專案順利推進並按時、按質交付。 跨文化溝通橋樑：具備流利的英文溝通能力，負責與越南在地 IT 團隊、內部利害關係人及外部客戶進行高效溝通，精準將業務需求轉譯為技術開發任務。 風險控管與高層彙報：持續追蹤專案進度，主導跨國例行專案會議；具備敏銳的風險辨識能力，能針對潛在瓶頸制定應對措施，並定期向高層彙報專案狀態與關鍵決策。 跨部門資源整合：促進 IT 開發端、業務端及跨國相關部門之間的緊密協作，確保專案成果符合公司全球化擴展的戰略與業務需求。 團隊培訓與流程在地化(40％)： 1. 建立日常回報與防呆機制：透過日常 Daily Stand-up（站會）與 Retrospective（回顧會），引導越南工程師養成「主動舉手、提早回報風險、確實對齊需求」的溝通習慣，打破跨國協作的溝通黑洞。 2. 專案流程的在地化微調：評估越南團隊的工作節奏與文化，優化並簡化專案管理工具的工作流。推動視覺化、直覺式的進度管理，降低團隊人員的行政負擔，同時確保進度完全透明。 3. 建立標準作業程序 SOP：針對常踩雷的開發痛點或核心業務，協助團隊建立簡明、易懂、圖文並茂的標準作業程序(SOP)與Checklists。確保即使在人員流動的情況下，新進越南員工也能快速上手，維持專案品質不中斷。 4. 形塑跨文化技術分享與激勵氛圍：推動輕量級的技術或專案經驗分享會。透過引導與鼓勵，激發越南在地資深員工的主動性，透過經驗分享，進而帶動整體團隊的整體戰力提升。

1.主導 AIDC 軟硬體整合架構設計，涵蓋 IT/OT 硬件設施與 AI DCIM 軟件，確保硬件與軟件有機結合、滿足 AIDC 整體需求目標。 2.負責建構 AIDC 整合測試體系，定義功能測試、性能測試、壓力測試、容錯測試、安全測試、合規測試的策略與流程，建立測試指標體系。 3.組織 IT/OT/軟件團隊/供應商共同執行 系統級整合測試，推動缺陷追蹤、根因分析與修復閉環。 4.主導與用戶的 UAT 測試，確保交付滿足功能性需求、與非功能性需求。 5.分析測試數據，發現系統瓶頸，提出改善建議並推動對應團隊持續優化。
