As a member of the Core Engineering team within our Automotive segment, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and market-ready products. Our mission is to take advanced technologies and implement them into automotive platforms with the high standards of quality required for mass production.

【In this position, you will learn to】
1. Master Embedded Automotive Development: Gain deep, hands-on experience in developing complex software specifically tailored for the rigorous demands of automotive-grade embedded systems.
2. Deploy AI on the Edge: Learn the end-to-end process of deploying AI models—including LLMs and Vision algorithms—onto resource-constrained embedded platforms, focusing on optimization and real-time performance.
3. System-Wide Technical Insight: Gain a comprehensive, 〝big-picture〝 understanding of automotive system architecture, moving beyond isolated components to see how various core technologies integrate.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enhance your ability to navigate large-scale projects by collaborating and integrating solutions with multiple component teams across the organization.
5. High-Level Technical Communication: Build confidence and professional expertise in demonstrating new technologies and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to international clients and executive leadership.
【Responsibilities】
We are looking for experienced engineers to create new features and applications that utiltize latest Vision AI, Generative AI and LLM technologies for embedded automotive products.
【Core Technical Topics】
1. Machine learning and deep learning (Vision AI, GenAI, and LLM)
2. Tensorflow lite in embedded system
3. Deep Learning Architectures (GAN / LSTM / Transformer)
4. NLP / LLM Integration
5. Vision SLAM
【Requirements】
1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficient in C++ and OOP programming.
3. Knowledge and experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
4. Familiarity with Generative AI and LLM frameworks.
5. Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
8. TOEIC 750+ or equivalent English proficiency.
【Preferred Requirements】
1. Experience in model optimization (e.g., Quantization-Aware Training / QAT).
2. Hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM applications.
3. Familiarity with open datasets (e.g., BDD100K).
4. Experience in Android Framework development.
5. Background in automotive software or Infotainment System (IVI) development.
