Job description: 負責EPC專案整體規劃與執行;進度、成本、資源控管等等 擔任客戶主要窗口，負責溝通與關係維護 協調內外部EPC團隊，確保專案如期如質完成 推進設計、採購與發包流程 支援專案許可申請及施工執行 進行專案進度與成本追蹤，並定期回報 管理變更單及專案風險 掌握關鍵路徑，確保專案順利推進 Requirements: - 具EPC專案管理經驗 - 具良好跨部門溝通與協調能力 - 工作彈性高，可配合專案需求調整

1.專案設計進度、品質及成本管控、呈報。 2.複核量體評估、坪效檢討、法規檢討、評估建案產品符合開發條件。 3.整合並檢核建築、結構、機電、景觀、燈光、室內裝修圖面，確保產品力。 4.設計方案檢討與決策建議。 5.建築師、各專業顧問及協力廠商合約作業執行及履約管理。 6.都更、都審及建管相關審查作業流程管控及進度跟催。 7.對內作業協商：開發部、業務部、工務部。 8.對外專業溝通：建築師、專業顧問(結構、都更顧問、估價師)、代銷公司。 9.熟悉垂直整合與橫向聯結之協調專案工作；專案管理工作流程改善建議。

工作內容（職責說明） 預鑄構件設計與詳圖繪製 依建築結構圖與建築師設計意圖進行預鑄構件（PC樑、柱、板、樓梯、預力板等）之設計。 使用 CAD / Revit / Tekla 進行 2D/3D 模型建置與施工圖、組立圖、配筋圖繪製。 結構計算與設計優化 配合結構工程師進行構件結構分析與配筋計算。 優化預鑄構件尺寸、接頭、吊點，以提升生產、運輸與施工效率。 與廠內生產端協作 提供模具設計資料並與模具廠/廠務溝通可行性。 確認生產流程、養護條件、組裝方式是否符合設計要求。 跨單位協調與技術支援 與建築師、結構技師、營造商、監造單位進行設計檢討與技術協調。 提供現場安裝支援與技術說明。 品質與文件管理 撰寫設計報告、計算書、材料表 BOQ、變更設計文件。 監督設計圖面版本控制，確保資料一致性。 專案進度掌控 管理各構件的設計進度與發圖時間，配合工地與生產排程。

• Qualification, Skills, and Relevant experience Qualification - Bachelor‘s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering - Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.
