• Demonstrate strong sourcing expertise in critical R&D equipment, electronic components, and related services. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify the most cost-effective and dependable suppliers for products and services. • Conduct market and category analyses to assess supply markets, monitor industry trends, and uncover opportunities for cost savings. • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key strategic suppliers. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives. • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and competitive pricing, particularly for high-value deals essential to maintaining pricing competitiveness, time-to-market, and supply chain stability (including outsourcing, high-speed IO cables and connectors, PCBA, and equipment accessories).
