Account Management Specialists needs co-work with different departments both within Foxconn like Sales, Factory, Finance teams and as well as customer. This role will cover below responsibilities; - Responsible from all the communication and information flow between customer and Foxconn includes agreements(NDA, sales agreement etc.) PO, open orders, new vendor creation etc. - Need to cowork with Sales team to create quotations for the Tender / Project or any other customer‘s request. - Responsible from internal PO and communication with factory PM for the order status, delay, etc - Responsible from collection Forecast from the customers and sales teams and update on the system - Responsible from Foxconn internal process for order, quotation and forecast management

• Work with the assigned functional teams to track and coordinate all program deliverables, highlighting key program risks and putting mitigation plans in place. • Ensure material readiness and availability for New Product Introduction (NPI) or Mass Production(MP) builds. • Perform regular supply and demand analysis for active Bill of Materials (BOM). • Be able to foresee the risks and come up with solid and manageable mitigation plan. • Timely excess and obsolete (E&O) review with customers • Engage in process improvements to continually increase supply chain efficiency. • Interface with suppliers, internal cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution and support business goals and objectives. • Be the main contact point between internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Operations) and customers, external suppliers for all material related topics. • Responsible for these products: 1. FJZ Juniper account 2. High end router 3. Optics 4. Security Gateway 5. Switch

1.在產品開發生命周期的早期與客戶開發和設計團隊密切合作。指定用於校準和測量產品特性的校準站、測試站和診斷。 2.與跨職能團隊（EE、SW、PD、HWTE、DFM、Operations, Logistics, Quality, etc）密切合作，支持和推動日常現場活動，以成功搭建EE。 3.推動SMT/FATP的生產準備工作，並提高滿足高端標準的能力以支持NPI，為跨職能團隊提供指導。 4.負責測試程序、測試計劃和測試報告的制定。制定/執行項目計劃。 5.指定/實施測試過程控制和數據收集，記錄所有正在進行的測試。 6.生成每日報告，捕獲生產過程中發現的問題和相關的FA/Yield報告 7.高質量按時完成設計驗證

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our complex software development initiatives. You will be the pivotal link between technical teams, stakeholders, and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. Key Responsibilities ● Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and risk management strategies. ● Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, and business analysts) through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). ● Process Management: Drive adherence to project methodologies, focusing on Agile/Scrum practices. Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. ● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communication, providing clear, frequent updates on progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders. ● Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success. ● Budget & Quality Control: Monitor project budget, managing scope creep and ensuring the final product meets established quality standards and business requirements. Required Qualifications ● Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years directly managing software development projects. ● Methodology Expertise: Proven mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience acting as a Scrum Master is highly desirable. ● Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical dependencies, and common software architecture concepts (e.g., APIs, microservices). ● Tools Proficiency: Expert use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and reporting. ● Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification is highly preferred. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
