Project Managers are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge hardware products, ensuring alignment with Foxconn’s strategic goals and client commitments. 1.Full Product Life Cycle Management: Lead project execution from concept, EVT, DVT, PVT to Mass Production (MP), ensuring seamless transitions through all development milestones. 2.Specialized Technical Coordination: Direct the development and integration of Camera Modules and AR/VR wearable devices, managing complex optical and mechanical requirements. 3.Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive multidisciplinary teams (EE, ME, FW, Production, Procurement) to meet strict performance, quality, cost, and timeline objectives. 4.Strategic Planning & Risk Mitigation: Utilize PM tools to identify technical bottlenecks or supply chain risks early, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum. 5.Cost & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and optimize BoM cost structures to enhance product competitiveness and profitability. 6.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary interface for global customers, facilitating transparent bi-directional communication on project status and critical decision-making. 7.Performance Monitoring: Track project KPIs and provide regular, data-driven progress reports to senior management and external stakeholders. 8.Change Management: Effectively manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and project scope adjustments, minimizing impact on delivery schedules.

CESBG 產品線: Server產品 PM專案工程師 1. Server Compute and AI server program supervisor, manager to ensure team‘s outcome meet business requirement in terms of schedule, quality and cost. 2. Supervise a program management team for project schedule planning, material allocation, status reporting and risk highlights/ mitigations. 3. Internal project management SOP initialization and documentation 4. Train new people to familiar with internal and customer requirement and program management skills. 5. Lead team traveling WW for NPI builds with engineering teams with proactive trouble shooting manner
