我們正在尋找具備專案管理能力、邏輯思維清晰，並對數位產品有熱情的夥伴，加入交易平台專案團隊。 本職位將負責協調內外部資源，推動跨部門合作，實現數位金融平台的功能規劃與落地。 (一) 職務說明： －【市場調研與需求分析】：收集市場趨勢、競品功能，提出可行的產品優化建議。 －【平台功能規劃與推動】：負責交易平台功能從 0 到 1 或從 1 到 N 的規劃與推動，包括需求定義、邏輯設計、建置採購、測試驗證、上線與維運，並協助教育訓練與使用者導入。 －【專案管理與協調執行】：擔任專案負責窗口，統籌時程規劃、資源協調、進度追蹤與風險控管，並與內部單位及外部廠商密切合作，確保專案如期交付。 －【文件製作與流程管理】：撰寫並維護專案相關文件，包括需求規格書、系統流程圖、測試計畫與使用者操作說明等，確保資訊傳遞一致與可追蹤。 －【廠商管理與其他作業】：負責廠商聯繫與管理、合約審閱與修正，並處理平台作業規範修訂、例行行政事項及主管交辦任務。 (二) 加分條件： 1. 主修財稅金融、商業管理、資訊管理等相關科系者尤佳。 2. 曾任職於金融業（特別是證券業）或參與過金融數位產品專案者為佳。 3. 具備與程式開發團隊（工程師）協作、跨部門整合或外包團隊管理經驗。 4. 曾使用雲端線上協作工具（如 Figma），並有與設計團隊溝通協作經驗。 5. 有資訊系統建置經驗、了解軟體專案開發流程（如：需求分析、測試、驗收等）。 6. 履歷中檢附上專案作品集、簡報或其他成果展示。

【職務內容】 1. 負責食品加工區域、儲藏空間與生產設施的日常衛生管理，確保符合食品安全與衛生標準。 2. 制定並執行衛生清潔作業流程、消毒計劃及定期檢查制度。 3. 監控環境衛生狀況，定期進行現場檢查與記錄，並提出改善建議。 4. 協調內部團隊（生產、品管、研發等部門）執行衛生管理相關培訓與教育。 5. 負責廠區內廢棄物、污水處理及害蟲防治工作，確保符合環保及衛生法規要求。 6. 與外部檢驗單位及相關主管機關聯繫，準備並協助應對衛生檢查與審核。 7. 記錄與報告衛生管理狀況、異常事件及改善進度，確保資料完整與可追溯性。
