Research and develop new eco-friendly PU resin, water-based PU resin, biobased PU resin, and solvent-free PU resins, improve existing resins, and scale up + maintain production of your R&D result, continuously innovating the resin towards better functions and greener solutions. 2. Search for and experiment with new raw materials and formulations, introducing more eco-friendly, innovative materials. 3. Experiment with the synthesis and application of water-based, biobased, and solvent-free PU resins, and help improve large-scale production process. 4. This includes evaluation and documentation of process outputs of hardware modifications/upgrades to existing systems. 2.
