此(資深)職缺需以軟體/韌體設計的角度，進行聯發科技無線通訊網路相關IC設計方案的韌體白盒測試，包含WiFi、Bluetooth相關的功能。 需要負責與MAC、PHY、System、SW 等工程團隊合作，進行韌體白盒測試的開發、建置，與問題的除錯分析。 需要設計與開發不同的韌體測試方法，包含自動化測試的開發與建置，並且不斷的精進改善，以期軟韌體的品質能夠符合內部開發及外部客戶的要求。

專注於新產品導入 (NPI)、良率提升和測試時間縮短。 擅長跨職能團隊協作和流程改進，涵蓋從晶圓分選到最終測試的各個環節。

IC 測試開發工程師 負責高速數位、類比晶片測試程式開發(AP/compu AI/ASIC/…)，產品特性異常分析與改善 新產品導入量產與生產良率測試時間優化 俱獨立帶產品作業為佳。

分析及優化手機 5G TestBed 平台的效能，包括以下項目 1. 整合與移植不同 Linux 平台 (Ex. Ubuntu, Cent, RedHat, ...) 2. 整合與應用 Intel/AMD CPU Accelerator API (Ex. Intel Core i9 9/10/12th AVX/TBB/MKL; AMD...) 3. 分析與調校系統整體效能 (Ex. Linux Kernel, Process, Thread, Peripheral(Ethernet/PCIe/...) Driver, ...)
