1. Responsible for bringing products from simple conceptual designs into high volume/low mix mass production through multiple engineering production cycles. 2. Work closely with multi-disciplinary groups including, but not limited to, process engineers, tooling engineers, quality control engineers, and project managers. 3. Participate in reliability testing, conduct Design of Experiments (DOEs), and recommend Design for Manufacturing (DFM) concepts. 4. Communicate design and manufacturing concepts to other engineers and factory specialists in a clear and comprehensible manner.

1. 負責伺服器與機櫃系統中訊號、電源及管理 Cable 的選型、設計與料號管理。 2. 規劃並執行 L10 / L11 Cable Routing，使用 3D CAD（Creo / Cabling）進行佈線建模與檢討。 3. 負責 L6/ L10 / L11 系統層級 BOM 與組裝 SOP 的建立、維護及版本管理。 4. 與 ME / EE / SI / DQA / 製造 / 供應商 跨部門合作，支援新產品開發至量產。 5. 進行 Cable 設計問題分析、除錯與可靠性驗證，並支援品質異常、客訴及供應商 Second Source 管理。
