應徵配管類助手人員應具備技能: 1.鋼管切削，使用砂輪機做導角研磨。 2.可以配合配管領班進行配管，會氬焊離縫填料點焊。 5.須配合出差，一般為周一出差，周五回廠， 3.工程日誌填寫。 4.熟配管相關工具，配合準備工具。偶需配合周六加班，出差提供津貼。 以下為應徵配管技術人員應再具備能力: 1.可獨立製作小型管架，依照配管技師提供高度，自行切割材料製作管架與安裝管架。 2.ISO圖視圖能力。 3.配管長度測量。 4.熟悉配管管材名稱。 5.須配合出差，一般為周一出差，周五回廠，偶需配合周六加班，出差提供津貼。 以下為配管技師應再具備能力: 1.ISO圖視圖與繪圖能力，配合業務現勘，提出草稿簡圖與料件需求並評估小組需求工時。 2.氬焊至少需有點焊填料能力，可焊接整口焊道佳，如具氬焊技術證照佳。 3.熟悉配管流程，並且可以帶領並安排小組工作。 4.需於配管估計工時內，獨力帶領小組完成整體配管工程，承擔配管工程壓力與責任。 5.此職務須有深厚現場實作配管經驗，並且可整合現場決策，有管理責任。 6.須配合出差，一般為周一出差，周五回廠，偶需配合周六加班，出差提供津貼。 以上職務均享勞保/健保/勞退/團保；紅利部分依照公司利潤與個人績效發給。未滿一年者紅利依照到職日誌結算日之百分比計算。
