As a production planner at MTK, you will independently develop production plans for the product lines you are responsible for, and execute these plans to ensure supply targets are met through cross-functional collaboration, both internally and externally. You’ll need to: Develop inventory strategies and capacity preparation plans. Communicate plans and strategies with the BU and sales teams to finalize a feasible plan. Execute your plans, monitor and track capacity ramp-up status, and resolve any issues that arise. Monitor production progress and address any issues as needed. Ensure production schedules are met to fulfill customer demands.
