Key important responsibilities
• Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals, and profitability in line with channel objectives.
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Finance) to develop strategies and plans; Manage trade spending and partner with brand marketing/trade marketing to develop and execute promotion plans to achieve target or shorten the gap if needed.
• Developing and implementing the joint business plan (JBP)/annual business plan (ABP) with customers yearly. Translate business plans into actionable selling stories for the customer.
• Develop customer forecast and internal demand forecast based on promotion planning. Manage the customer contract, DC operation, order/penalty negotiation and ensure weekly forecasting accuracy.
• Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
• Information collection on customer feedback and competitors’ trade activities.
• Monthly KPI setting and monitor key focus execution by operation team.
