1. 廠務監控／智慧建築系統規劃 具大型高科技廠房、半導體廠、無塵室、IDC（資料中心）或大型商辦之 BMS／FMCS／SCADA 規劃、建置或整合經驗。熟悉空調、電力、消防、給排水等機電監控系統整合。 2. 自動控制與系統整合 熟悉 BACnet、Modbus、OPC UA 等工業通訊協定，具跨系統資料串接及自動控制整合經驗。具備機電設備資料整合、監控平台建置或可視化系統開發經驗者佳。 3. AI Data Center 基礎設施建置 具弱電系統、機房工程或資料中心建置經驗，能整合安防、通訊、網路及監控等系統。 4. 熟悉 BMS、DCIM 或資料中心相關標準（TIA-942、Uptime）及 PUE 能源管理者尤佳。

協助執行 IC 設計驗證、先進封裝測試與製程數據分析。參與功率半導體研發專案的實驗採集；配合追蹤良率數據，學習車用電子零件之設計與整合規範。 Assist in IC design verification, advanced packaging testing, and process data analysis. Participate in power semiconductor R&D data collection. Support yield tracking and learn automotive component design specs.

參與自動化生產線控制系統與 PLC 程式的初步開發測試；協助應用工業機器手臂進行產線效能優化實驗。配合執行自動化設備零件之選型與驗證工作，支援機器視覺系統的現場調校作業，並協助整理自動化效益評估報告。 Participate in initial development and testing of automation control systems and PLC programs. Assist in applying robotic arms to improve production efficiency. Support part selection and verification for automated equipment and assist in field calibration of machine vision systems.
