What You Will Work On Client Engagement & Requirements -Work directly with production teams and domain experts to understand their operational pain points and translate them into actionable Gen AI system architectures -Conduct requirements interviews, write technical specs, and align stakeholders across engineering and production teams Gen AI Solution Design & Development -Design and build end-to-end Gen AI pipelines for product manufacturing, failure analysis, quality inspection, and other smart factory applications -Own the full Gen AI system development lifecycle: architecture design, data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment into production systems Vision & Multimodal AI -Apply computer vision and vision-language models (VLMs) to extract structured information from multimodal data — images, CAD, sensor streams, and production reports — in manufacturing contexts Continuous Improvement & Validation -Define evaluation metrics in collaboration with production teams, run systematic validation, and iterate models based on real production feedback Application Delivery -Deploy to real factory environments, empowering production teams to fully optimize their workflows through Gen AI tools

1.擔任 RD 與工廠端之間的技術橋梁，協調設計需求與量產／維修需求。 2.熟悉 AI Server 工廠產線運作，協助處理量產導入、異常分析與改善追蹤。 3.負責 DFI、DFS 與 FRU parts 客製需求 的規劃、確認與執行。 4.處理並追蹤 ECN / ECR 相關變更流程，確保設計變更順利落地。 5.與 RD、ME 密切合作，針對機構、零件、可維修性與服務性議題進行溝通協調。 6.熟悉 Server 拆解、組裝、故障判讀與維修流程，可支援現場技術問題分析。 7.負責 Service Manual 與相關技術文件之製作、更新與維護。 8.協助建立與優化維修流程、FRU 更換方式及服務支援標準。 9.支援新產品導入（NPI）與量產後技術問題的跨部門整合與推進。

Description: You will play a key role in specifying, designing, developing, validating and releasing key functional test stations for factory Mass Production use. Partition tests across module, sub-assembly, and system level that is optimized for cycle time, yield, cost, and risk. Responsibilities: Designing, developing instrumentation hardware, software & firmware platforms required to test and calibrate product key functional modules Prototyping, bring-up, debug and characterization of instruments for AR/VR products Preparing and delivering tester’s technical documentations and presentations Establish acceptance criteria, guard-bands, and GR&R plans; drive DFT/DFM/DFX with design teams Vendor liaison, including supporting instrumentation bring up and qualification that meet project timelines

1.Develop and maintain BMC firmware for AI servers, including OpenBMC platform bring-up and feature development (embedded Linux experience acceptable if no prior OpenBMC exposure). 2.Implement and integrate low-level drivers (U-Boot, Device Tree, Kernel), covering I2C, SPI, PMBus, GPIO, and other interfaces. 3.Build and maintain BMC sensor monitoring, FRU/SDR tables, fan/power control, and event log systems. 4.Implement management protocols and firmware update mechanisms (IPMI, Redfish, PLDM, MCTP). 5.Integrate Secure Boot / TPM / SPDM security frameworks. 6.If experienced with NVIDIA HGX/DGX/NVSwitch projects, support GPU power/thermal control, firmware updates, and OOB management integration. 7.Prepare design documents, test plans, mass production support materials, and debug reports.
