規劃設計(architecture/ interior)/施工圖/BIM/3D繪圖 -REVIT,3Dmax, /執照圖/sketchup/or 3Dmax

1.負責線上線下OMO數位行銷整合企劃活動與執行、自媒體內容經營，渠道包含自媒體平台(APP,官網,LINE,FB,IG,YT,TIKTOK)及外部社群/論壇口碑操作、廣告投放、SEO、KOL＆KOC開發合作等。 2.運用各式數位媒體(社群、自媒體、付費媒體)進行整合行銷活動宣傳。 3.自媒體日常運營、維護及管理，提升社群活躍度並促動轉換。輔導與檢控各分店自媒體執行成效。 4.自媒體體驗流程設計與優化。 5.數位媒體行銷成效追蹤、導流與轉換效益分析，具備後台數據流量分析歸納，即時因應調整，擬定有效性的行銷方案。 6.善於議題操作，時事議題發想，文案與腳本能力，借力使力的話題發酵。 7.執行各項專案任務。
