Job Description • Coordinate all activities related to the Extended Workforce Program (EWP) in Taiwan, China, and Japan including Interaction with internal customers on a daily basis and identify opportunities to improve and optimize all business processes related to the extended workforce. • Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to Onboarding. • Monitor feedback and track submissions and interviews to increase productivity using VMS tool (Fieldglass) • Monitors prioritize, assign, and submission on day-to-day requirements by team and workflow.
