1. Establish a network of contacts with high level executives of client companies through participation in business association activities; developing relationship with other business service professionals such as real estate agents for mutual referrals, and also using our firm‘s own extensive clientele base in Taiwan and elsewhere internationally. 2. Pursue prospective clients together with the M Moser design and project professionals by developing a trusting relationship with clients through thoroughly understanding and communicating the excellence of our firm‘s services. 3. Assist in closing deals with clients through working closely with the project professionals of our firm, providing accurate perspectives on the decision making process within the client organsiation.

Areas of Responsibility: • Collect and verify different data from multiple sources, consolidate various data and distribute to relevant stakeholders, internal and external. Provide feedback to data owner in case of deviations. Monitor, verify and correct reports prior to submittal, such as time registration overviews, KPI reports, vendor reports, crew change lists, etc. • Arrange transport and accommodation for site personnel travelling to/from Project in line with Project specific transport concept. Organize and manage crew changes to/from specific site location by producing crew change manifests per defined format based on manning plans. Coordinate with Site Management and Marine Coordinator and update transport manifests. • Act as first face and point of contact to visitors and site personnel to/from site, as receptionist including reporting, data entry, keeping visitor log and answering phone calls. • Organize, arrange and coordinate meetings on site. Prepare, distribute, and file meeting minutes. • Comply with the Environment, Health & Safety rules on Site. Active support through participation in toolbox talks and safety campaigns. • Tracks stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. • PO creation and budget checking when necessary. (If Project requests it) • Update and maintain records and databases, such as personnel data/certificates/qualifications/training details into internal or customer system after verification of validity and of compliance. • Execute Site administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. • Assist and train colleagues when necessary.

• Qualification, Skills, and Relevant experience Qualification - Bachelor‘s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering - Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. - Real Estate daily operation in Taichung factory. - Familiar with Taiwan real estate market, market player, data, pricing, contract conditions, etc. It includes the practical application towards RE business processes such as site selection process and conjunction to internal business case. - Set up and ensure high service standards combined with cost efficient management, including vendor management if applicable. It entails communication skills and knowledge of business structure and service types, monitoring KPIs, defining improvement measures, up to knowledge of supplier structures and benchmarks. - Actively engage with RE BSS, OPS, P&PR, Service and support functions in Taichung and Taipei, understanding production need and priorities by taking on clear responsibility for RE business. - Project management skill is required for the new site/office build up, RE need to plan and schedule for the responsible area, i.e. office furniture, catering, shuttle…etc. - Insight into management of the technical, infrastructural building requirements, including maintenance and facility services such as cleaning, shuttle bus and canteen services, i.e. ability to assess and control either internal or external service provider. - Quickly adapt and implement global office standard from company.
