1. 負責菲律賓廠區人力資源管理。 2. 執行總部人資管理政策、專案活動推行。 3. 擬定人力資源政策，訂定選、訓、用、留計畫，以達成策略目標。 4. 廠區人力招募、訓練、薪酬、績效考核、員工關係之管理。 5. 主管交辦事項。

1.辦理集團員工招募、報到、離職及異動作業。 2.執行員工出勤、請假、排班與考勤管理，確保資料正確。 3.協助薪酬核算及相關人資資料整理。 4.協助集團人資專案的行政支援與資料彙整。 5.維護及更新人資系統資料，確保資料完整性與準確性。 6.其他主管交辦之集團人資行政及專案支援事項。

1. 負責信件詢價、製作報價單，並妥善保存相關記錄。 2. 處理各類行政文件，包括文件繕打、資料建立與歸檔。 3. 協助專案處理，包含依循流程管理專案進度，與內外部相關單位保持即時溝通。 4. 聯繫客戶解決疑問，維繫客情並追蹤後續需求。 5. 完成業務主管其他交辦事項。 6. 制作相關工作文件。
