Shape the next stage of Enterprise IT — beyond day-to-day MIS operations. We are supporting a well-established Taiwan-headquartered global manufacturing technology company in searching for an experienced MIS Manager / IT Manager. This is not a traditional maintenance-focused MIS role. As the company continues to expand internationally and integrate its business operations, this position will take ownership of the overall Enterprise IT roadmap, connecting manufacturing processes, enterprise applications, infrastructure, information security, and global IT resources into a more scalable and standardized environment. You will work closely with senior management, business functions, overseas teams, and external technology partners — translating business priorities into executable IT strategies. What You Will Own Enterprise IT Strategy & Architecture Define and continuously evolve the company’s overall IT and system development roadmap. Translate business and operational priorities into actionable technology initiatives across applications, infrastructure, security, and digital transformation. Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities that can create measurable business value. Enterprise Applications & System Integration Take ownership of enterprise application governance across Oracle ERP, MES, SCM, CRM / Salesforce, Warehouse systems, E-flow and related business applications. Drive post-upgrade optimization, requirement changes, process improvements, system integration, and modernization initiatives. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and other functions to turn business requirements into scalable system solutions. Evaluate legacy applications and determine appropriate enhancement, integration or replacement strategies. Manufacturing IT & Business Process Transformation Understand manufacturing operations beyond the system layer, including BOM, material flow, production planning, costing, inventory and supply-chain processes. IT Governance & Information Security Oversee IT governance, infrastructure and information security practices across the organization. Lead and continuously improve ISO 27001 / ISMS-related governance, controls and annual audit readiness. Ensure appropriate controls across enterprise systems, infrastructure, access management and operational processes. Team Leadership & Vendor Management Lead and develop an established Taiwan IT organization covering enterprise applications and infrastructure. Set priorities, clarify ownership and develop team capabilities rather than relying on day-to-day micromanagement. Manage external IT vendors and technology partners, including solution evaluation, delivery quality, cost effectiveness, SLA and long-term partnership performance. Balance internal resources and external specialists to ensure project quality and sustainable IT operations. Global Stakeholder Management Collaborate with overseas IT resources and business stakeholders across multiple regions. Lead cross-functional and cross-country discussions involving system requirements, project priorities, integration and operational issues. Influence stakeholders even when teams do not directly report into the Taiwan IT organization. Communicate technology topics clearly to both senior management and non-technical business users. What We Are Looking For You may be a strong fit if you have: 5+ years of practical IT / MIS management experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes and how ERP systems support production, materials, inventory, costing and supply-chain operations. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise system implementation, upgrade, enhancement or integration, such as ERP, CRM or MES. Strong experience with major ERP platforms; Oracle EBS experience is highly preferred, while solid SAP experience is also relevant. Experience managing multiple enterprise applications rather than specializing in only one isolated system. Proven capability in Vendor Management, IT project prioritization and cross-functional stakeholder management. Familiarity with ISO 27001 / ISMS and fundamental information-security governance concepts. Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure, system architecture and SDLC. Strong business communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent English communication capability, including cross-border meetings, presentations and written communication. Willingness to participate in occasional short-term business travel.
