職責要求 1.制定並執行半導體測試設備年度／季度銷售策略，確保營收、訂單與毛利目標達成。 2.分析市場趨勢、產業動態與競爭格局，規劃產品定位與客戶滲透策略。 3.建立重點產業別（Memory / SoC / GPU）與關鍵客戶的銷售佈局與成長路徑。 4.依據公司產品線（Burn-in/System Level Tester）制定差異化銷售方案。 5.預測市場需求與專案機會（Pipeline Forecast），確保銷售可視性與穩定成長。 任職資格 1.熟悉半導體測試設備架構（ATE/Burn-in/System Level Tester）。 2.具備 Memory / SoC / GPU 等應用測試流程與需求理解能力。 3.能將客戶技術需求轉化為可行的測試解決方案與商務提案。 4.持續追蹤半導體測試技術發展與市場趨勢，提升專業深度。 5.支援高階技術簡報、產品展示與關鍵客戶技術交流 6.具備 5–10 年以上 半導體產業相關經驗，熟悉 Memory / SoC / GPU 等應用領域，並具有半導體測試設備（ATE、測試平台、系統整合）銷售或相關業務經驗。
