1. Based in Taiwan as a head quarter leader, lead the CQE team and support across Mexico, Czech Republic, while coordinating with worldwide manufacturing sites to support automotive business growth. 2. Provide global customer quality leadership for Mexico, Czech Republic, and worldwide manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment of customer quality strategies and escalation management processes. 3. Monitor customer quality performance throughout the product lifecycle, from NPI, launch readiness, GP12, mass production, to field performance, ensuring compliance with automotive OEM and Tier-1 customer requirements. 4. Develop and deploy global quality strategies, governance processes, and performance management systems to ensure alignment with customer, regulatory, and corporate requirements. 5. Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), including yield, customer complaints, LRR, 0KM defects, field returns, and COPQ, and drive improvement actions across sites. 6. Serve as the primary interface for customer audits, quality reviews, and executive-level escalation meetings. 7. Support the development, organization, training, and competency enhancement of CQE teams across worldwide manufacturing sites. 8. Lead global cross-site quality improvement projects, best-practice deployment, and quality standardization initiatives across worldwide manufacturing locations. 9. Establish and maintain an effective customer escalation management process to ensure rapid response, business continuity, and customer satisfaction.
