1. Tool installation and field service to all customers in the South area (Tainan/Chiayi) of Taiwan. 2. Support systems or machines of SUSS products, mainly related to hardware but might involve software troubleshooting in some occasions. 3. On a rotary basis, job holder is required for on-call duty. 4. Obligate to learn new products through daily work and training events; required to attend training events upon arrangement. 5. Required to participate in customer service meetings, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts. 6. Write reports on time for the purpose of administration, service events, technical data and improvement. 7. Proactively takes ownership on resolving service problems. 8. At special case which required in depth level of field support, candidate might be required to support together with CSE at customer site. Therefore, although most of the daily tasks are in office, but in such special but rare case, candidate could be needed to support at customer site. 4. Candidate will take ownership on the issues been set and distinguish the priority.
