The role operates according to on-site tempo and shift schedules—suited to individuals who reliably execute within stable processes and well-defined rules, steadily building professional value. 1.Perform machine acceptance procedures, including NPI setup and verification of component replacements. 2.Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with standard procedures (semi-annual and annual). 3.Diagnose and resolve equipment alarms and operational anomalies to minimize downtime. 4.Perform fine-tuning of parameters across identical equipment models to enhance overall performance. 5.Support and execute fan-out improvement projects, focusing on yield and process enhancements. 6.Ensure equipment computer systems comply with corporate IT security policies and protocols. 7.Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated by supervisors.

Order and replace defective units, components or parts as appropriate. 3.Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. 4. Determine corrective actions required and escalate for assistance and prompt resolution with the support of technically more experienced staff for assistance and guidance when assessing severity of malfunctions and determining corrective actions required. 5. On the job Training (OJT) to assist with installing and start up and/or relocating equipment at customer’s site. 6. Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and other relevant materials. 7.Execute project action items under direct supervision 8. 1. 監控與維護自動化生產設備（搬運機器人、自動測試設備等）。 2. 收集與分析設備運行數據，支援製程改善與自動化專案。 3. 協助新設備導入、測試與自動化流程優化。 4. 與製程工程師、設備工程師及 IT 團隊合作解決設備及系統問題。 5. 遵守晶圓廠 Cleanroom 規範及設備操作安全規範。 條件要求 • 專科或以上機電、自動化、電機或相關科系畢業。 • 具備自動化設備排除故障經驗。 • 能接受輪班。 加分條件 • 半導體晶圓廠工作經驗者優先。 • 英文讀寫能力佳，可閱讀技術文件。
