【工作職責】 1.7x24 維運體系建立與指揮： 負責建立並管理機房戰情中心 (FOC) 及現場值班團隊。制定日常巡檢 (Rounds) 路線、設備抄表計畫與交接班制度，確保各項異常告警能在 15 分鐘內初步響應。 2.SOP/MOP/EOP 撰寫與演練： 主導開發機房維運的三大核心文件：標準作業程序 (SOP)、維護操作程序 (MOP) 及緊急操作程序 (EOP)。定期舉辦「斷電不斷冷」、「漏水緊急隔離」等高壓模擬演練。 3.維保合約與供應商管理： 負責規劃與審核機電設備（特高壓變壓器、UPS、發電機、冰水主機、CDU 等）的年度歲修與預防性維護計畫 (Preventive Maintenance)；嚴格管控原廠維修 SLA 並評估供應商績效。 4.危機處理與 RCA 分析： 擔任重大異常事件 (Incident) 的現場指揮官。在設備故障或跳電時，迅速下達正確的隔離與切換指令；事後主導撰寫根本原因分析報告 (Root Cause Analysis, RCA)，並落實改善對策。 5.能耗管理與系統優化： 透過 DCIM/BMS 系統監控全廠電力與冷卻數據，分析負載趨勢，進行冰水主機水溫調節、變頻泵浦壓差優化等操作，極大化能源使用效率。 6.專案移交與整合測試 (IST) 參與： 在建廠末期提前介入，協同建廠團隊與第三方驗證單位 (CxA) 完成 Level 4-5 功能驗證測試，確保施工品質符合維運需求後才簽字接收。

Looking to hire an experienced hardware engineer who is familiar with the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry and doesn‘t shy away from the challenges that come with it, along with supporting Lam‘ s top tier customers. In addition to being Safety First oriented, the prospective candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be a critical thinker, and able to comprehend electrical schematics and equipment drawings. They also need to be able to effectively communicate in English. Being knowledgeable and having previous experience supporting Lam‘s SIG (Prevos, Selis, Argos) and Bevel (Coronus) products is preferable. This person will need to manage their time, work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and multi-task, to resolve our internal and external customer issues as quickly as possible. This position is based in Hsinchu. Must be willing to relocate if they‘re not already in Hsinchu.
