Ensure the planned outputs are delivered based on good quality standardization and on time delivery. Improvement / Kaizen for the quality, production activities and related processes. Tasks: - Execute machine test and trouble shooting for SUSS systems in a clean room environment. - Support process improvements, Lean Manufacturing and Quality improvements - Quality: o Produce SUSS systems in accordance with established specifications. o Observe and report systems issues and support on solution to avoid the defect pass through to next steps. o Contribute to the quality improvement of products and processes. o Apply and follow 5S in all working area - Production: o Manufacture SUSS systems according to the established procedures. o Solve any technical problems that occur during assembling. o Contribute to the improvement of products and processes. o Set an example to other members of the team. o To have overview of total process from assembly through to output and act as a reference source for problem solving in the area of expertise - Skills: o Acquire sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes, modifications, and complete systems. o Have an in-depth knowledge of the correlation between the module and the whole system and the relationship with other (sub) systems. o Support good teamwork by the search for solutions and ideas arising from input and the implementation of departmental tasks. - Planning: o Coordinate the activities given in the production plan and monitor the practical situation and progress. o Closely control the use of tools, materials and equipment. - Others: o Other tasks assigned by supervisor 測試工程師(Commissioner)需要根據既定的規格標準製造SUSS的機台。確保按照生產計劃產出符合質量標準之產品，並按時交付于客戶。改進/ Kaizen產品品質、生產活動相關過程。 工作任務： Commissioner主要任務為在內部機台組立完成後，於機台出機前，執行整機的測試與排錯。 在SUSS無塵室環境中執行機台測試和故障排除，日常工作無須至客戶端無塵室。 支援生產過程改善、精實製造和產品品質改進。 品質： 根據既定規格生產SUSS機台。 觀察和報告系統問題，並支持解決方案以避免缺陷影響後續流程。 促進產品和過程的質量改進。 並在所有工作區域應用和遵循5S標準。 生產： 根據既定程序製造SUSS機台。 解決在組裝過程中出現的技術問題、促進產品和過程的改進、樹立榜樣，帶領團隊成員。 了解從組裝到產出的整體過程，並在專業領域內作為問題解決的參考依據。 技能： 獲取足夠的知識以完善系統，包括SUSS新產品和既有產品。 具備各模組與整個系統和其他（子）系統之間關聯性的相關知識及概念。 通過尋求解決方案和從部門任務中提出的想法來支持良好的團隊合作。 計劃： 協調生產計劃中的生產活動，並掌握實際生產情況和進展。 密切控制生產工具、材料和設備的使用。 其他： 完成主管指派的其他任務。 ***誠摯歡迎具備客服經驗的資深優秀人才以及充滿熱情的電機背景新人加入***

Summary: The position is to support production by work preparation, Standardization way of working, continuous improvement and New Product into Production, in order to meet organization target. Tasks: - Standardization of procedure and implementation to shopfloor - In a driver seat to identify the risks and trigger actions via cooperating with related teams - Collect and analyze shopfloor issue and trigger continuous/structural improvement - Manufacturing BOM structural finetune - Support process/efficiency improvements, lean manufacturing and quality improvements - New Product Introduction for production readiness in factory - Other tasks assigned by supervisor

1. Field support to all customers in the Middle part of Taiwan 2. Support systems or machines of SUSS products; main task is related to hardware but might involve software troubleshooting in some occasions 3. On a rotary basis, required for on-call duty 4. Obligate to learn new products through daily work and training events; required to attend training events upon arrangement 5. Required to participate in customer service meetings, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts 6. Write reports on time for the purpose of administration, service events, technical data and improvement 7. Proactively take ownership on resolving service problems 8. Assist in application and sales to promote SUSS products toward customers 9. Other services assigned by management

1. Tool installation and service support based in Hsinchu office but not limited to work in Hsinchu area. 2. Preventive maintenance on Photo-Mask Equipment. 3. Participate on service review meetings at customer site. 4. On-call duty at night and weekend is required on rotary base. 5. Windows operation system skill is required for tool software update. 6. Obligate to learn new products and training on new tool abroad. 7. Assistance in application and sales to promote SUSS products. 8. Other service task assigned by management.

工作內容 1. 負責台灣北區客戶的維運與開發，聚焦醫療、工業自動化、半導體及機器人等應用領域。 2. 以馬達產品為核心，延伸至驅動模組整合與系統應用，依據客戶需求規劃最適化的馬達、減速機與控制組合，並提供整體解決方案與技術建議。 3. 跨部門協調應用工程／FAE 團隊，執行技術討論、規格確認與商務談判，確保專案時程順利推進並成功導入量產。 4. 追蹤專案進度與財務績效，定期彙整銷售預測、市場分析及競品動態報告。 5. 參與國內外展會與產業研討會，拓展新客戶、通路與策略合作夥伴。
