In this position, what you will be doing: 1. PVD system (Sputter, Evaporator) maintenance - Equipment Preventive/Predict maintenance and troubleshooting. 2. Coordinator and accomplish project - developing (investment and maintenance) budgets and ensuring investments and technical projects toward established goals. Evaluating, selecting and ordering appropriate equipment for the productions. 3. System performance monitoring and continuous improvement - analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime or resolve production issues if necessary. Monitors functional-specific trends and derive recommendations for improvements, analyzing equipment performance and reliability to increase equipment uptime or resolve production issues if necessary. 4. Training - Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff (e.g., with preventative maintenance programs). Providing local support and consultancy on dedicated subject matters or processes (e. g., as ‘System Owner‘, ‘Process Owner‘) 5. Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

You will be responsible for Photo process area and reporting which includes monthly maintenance cases analysis, equipment performance, continuous improvement, spending analysis. What you will be doing: -Maintain and troubleshoot CVD and diffusion furnaces. -Lead equipment improvement projects. -Manage new equipment installation and buy-off. -Develop and update SOPs for equipment operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Production, and Vendors) to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.

***本職缺將安排完整的教育訓練*** 一、講座教育訓練(系統構成、機台構成、作業SOP) 二、實機教育訓練(操作教育、OHT台車調整教育、軌道檢查教育、電源盤調整教育) 【工作內容】 1.寶山台積電F12廠 長期駐廠。 2. 執行自動化設備之相關安裝校正。 3. 維持廠內自動化系統之正常運作。 4. 進行自動化設備維護、保養、異常排除。 5.自動化設備耗材更換 6.無相關工作經驗 〝可〝 團隊裡有完善的新人教育訓練 【其他條件】 1.個性需積極、細心、負責、配合度高。 2.需配合在無塵室內工作(著全套無塵衣)。 3.可配合設備導入常駐客戶端工作。 4.語言無特殊要求。 5.具有基本看工程圖面能力佳，沒有也沒關係。
