Manage stock supply processes through distribution center to support the achievement of business, sales objective and department objectives in the most efficient and cost effective manner. 1. Stock Management ▪ Execute capacity planning for the warehouse-space and make appropriate contingency action plan when necessary ▪ Align estimated stock level with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis. ▪ Improve stock-structure by taking effective measures ▪ Ensure stock accuracy (physical and inventory record) and control quantity of stock adjustments. ▪ Key responsible for stock management system (SAP eLiSA) of Taiwan Market. 2 . Import management ▪ Prepare documents for all incoming ocean import shipment to customs brokers and monitor customs clearance progress. ▪ Follow up Customs Broker for inspection release status for goods release operation process. 3. Warehouse management ▪ Optimize warehouse storage space utilization through structured review process considering stock structure, customer needs, and process requirement. ▪ Ensure in bound & out bound time slot are properly coordinated to minimize overtime charges. ▪ Manage downgrading and scrapping processes and related return tasks ▪ Ensure proper documentation of all inventory related processes ▪ Responsible for all market stocks (units and value ) management operations by having the correct stocks to support the achievement of Customer Service Level. ▪ Track all incoming ocean import shipments and ensure that all documents are prepared prior to shipment arrival. 4. Manage service providers and customer deliveries ▪ Ensure service provider operations are as per contract terms and conditions. ▪ Set KPIs for service providers and monitor achievement periodically. ▪ Track and monitor customer deliveries and returns to ensure correct deliveries. 5. Reporting ▪ Track monthly warehousing & transport KPI and outbound transport cost. ▪ Maintain daily stock reports 6. Others (shared) ▪Support supply chain related projects and ad hoc tasks
