This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax filings, and month-end closing activities. As a critical liaison between local teams, Shared Service Center (SSC), regional stakeholders, and global finance functions, you will play an essential role in driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous process improvement, Across 3 Countries Business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the local accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. 2. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. 3. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with local regulations and Group reporting requirements. 4. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting obligations. 5. Manage fixed asset accounting and periodic asset verification activities. 6. Act as the primary contact for Record-to-Report (RTR) processes and accounting matters. 7. Partner closely with the Shared Service Center (SSC) to ensure efficient and effective finance operations. 8. Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong internal control standards. Monitor account reconciliations and resolve outstanding accounting issues. Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making. Drive process improvement initiatives, standardization, and automation opportunities across accounting operations. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support the Finance Hubbing model and business objectives.
