1. 參與新藥研發專案之規劃、申請、執行及管理，帶領團隊完成各項研發目標。 2. 進行新藥研發前臨床評估實驗設計、試驗執行、數據分析及報告撰寫。 3. 與跨領域團隊合作，進行新藥專利申請、技術移轉及產業化推廣等工作。 4. 其他主管交辦事項

1.協助政府計畫管理及交辦事項。 2.彚整各類專案報告、簡報及成果文件，確保內容符合相關規範與格式要求。 3.有效與內外部團隊、政府機關及合作夥伴進行溝通協調。 4.執行專案經費之控管與核銷。

一、負責計畫相關文書行政作業(如發文、會議通知、相關計畫資料彙整等)二、資料蒐集分析: 拜訪廠商及地方政府單位以探索需求並整理資料進行初級分析。 三、拜訪專家邀請參加諮詢委員、召開智慧雨林計畫之AI產業諮詢會議2場。 四、協助專案計畫推動與管理。 五、協助屏東縣政府智庫及推廣相關計畫之執行(具汽車等交通工具為佳)。

Key Qualifications: 1. Have track record managing a small sales development team now and have capabilities to grow and manage across broader team. 2. Great customer facing, fronting, and presentation skills. Must be engaging when collaborating with clients. 3. Language proficiency: English + Chinese / Korean. Secondary Qualifications: 1. Detailed with numbers, data expert. 2. Experience with APAC markets would be a big plus. 3. Experienced with handling multinational clienteles/ stakeholders. What You‘ll Do: • Be accountable for team’s sales performance. • Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (Product Managers, GTM Leads, AEs, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Country Managers) to deliver Solution & Strategy enablement. • Drive the use of a variety of channels such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling through enablement. • Support in the ongoing Systems enablement for the BDR Team to ensure tools and processes are optimized. • Review performance data to understand solution enablement requirements. • Own the internal B2B sales tools to drive lead management accuracy (SFDC, Outreach, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, etc.). • Support and Coach on outbound prospecting techniques. Skills and Experience: • Experience in lead generation / sales development position preferably SaaS B2B. • 5+ years in sales/business development enablement would be a distinct advantage • Ability to clearly articulate new methods and skills to team members. • Confident, positive, upbeat, professional, and team-oriented demeanour. • Superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and handle ambitious demands in fast paced environment. • Strong project management and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task. • Have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a team mentality. • Multilingual would be advantageous. English + another Asian language is a MUST.
