Join a global company for career development and opportunity! - Support logistics operations activities, coordination with local agent/suppliers (shipping lines, co-loaders, customs brokers, warehouse provider, trucking company..etc.) - Internal communication (cross -dept communication) - Shipping cost estimation, system data entry - Project planning, follow up, management and reporting - Check and ensure import/export customs documents are in place and accurate - Import/export shipment schedule and status follow up and tracking - Being point of contact answering customers questions by phone, email - Have experience in handling projects is a preference, but we can also offer training - Structured and organized working style - Able to work independently but also as a team player Candidate will receive related education training by the company, which will be consideration for assignment of job role and future promotion.

The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping to ensure smooth communication with clients, efficient processing of orders, and coordination between internal departments. This role is vital in assisting the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. -Assist sales staff in maintaining relationships with existing clients and support new customer development activities. -Handle order processing, prepare quotation documents, and follow up on payment collection status. -Support the preparation of product presentations, materials, and solution documents for clients. -Ensure all import/export customs documents are complete and accurate. -Collect market information and competitor activities, and compile reports for sales team reference. -Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support. -Capable of working independently while also being an effective team player. 桃園縣市區域業務： 1.化學、理工相關科系畢業(佳)。 2.新客戶開發、現有客戶維繫、產品推廣以達業績目標。 3.負責區域產品報價，並協助處理帳款回收相關事宜。 4.需自備車輛 5.保障月薪/油資補貼/業績獎金另計

1.拜訪固定或非固定地區醫院、診所、藥局客戶，以開發或維護客戶關係。 2.銷售及推廣公司產品。 3.教育及示範產品使用方式。 4.協助客戶使用產品。 5.提供新客戶相關之行銷或經營輔導。 6.經營醫院要有進藥的企圖心

1. 負責客戶訂單處理、報價，並處理帳款回收相關事宜。 2. 蒐集市場資訊及需求反饋。 3. 與技術部門合作，向客戶有效的推廣產品，開發訂單，擴展新市場及尋找新的合作機會 4. 協調各單位內部溝通，達到客戶滿意。 5. 海外客戶關係及業績拓展。 6. 新產品業務開發，達成年度業績開發目標。
