IPC軟體系統整合專案設計經理 本職務工作內容如下： 1、負責計劃、指揮及協調電腦系統、軟體相關專案 2、管理整個軟體開發專案之流程(如：前置規劃、流程分析、解決方案評估、系統分析、系統設計、系統開發、資料驗證、系統測試、使用者測試)及進行專案過程中必要之溝通協調工作。 3、負責產品發展、提昇品質之專案開發。 4、負責有關專業之產品規格書、使用手冊等。 5、與歐美客戶合作開發標準產品與ODM。 6、協助行銷企劃 ★ 條件要求： 1、五年以上軟體開發工作經驗。 2、熟悉嵌入式軟硬體協作流程，具Android Board Bring Up/Linux Kernel/Driver開發經驗。 3、熟悉ODM系統的開發流程與各部門的工作內容 。 4、至少全程參與三個以上的案子開發到量產。 5、必須能夠以英文直接跟國外客戶溝通。

SSD韌體leader 課長~經理 1.Defining and managing firmware development on NAND storage products. 2.Lead a team to meet scheduled deadlines in the project. 3.Provide the team with the necessary tools and technical knowledge to allow them to work efficiently using the development processes, tools, and development techniques required in a multi-product, platform codebase. 4.Iincludes responsibility for the management of your team through performance development and creating an environment of continuous improvement. • At least 3-year plus experience in firmware or embedded software architecture. • Experience bringing one or more SSD products to market through volume manufacturing and maintenance. • In depth knowledge of interfaces including PCI Express/NVMe, AHCI, SATA, SAS • Experience with complex SSD firmware codebases. • Sufficient reading and writing skills in communicating with English-speaking natives • Firmware Management experience • Experience with solid state memory development and NAND understanding strongly preferred

1. Desktop support • Standard computer system setup and maintenance (OS, software, business application, VPN, email, printer etc.) • Basic onsite troubleshooting and support on desktop systems • IT accessories management. (keyboard, mouse, network cable, headphone, USB flash drive etc.) • Work with/assist the Tier 2 team on cell phone app support. • Work with/assist the Tier 2 team on desktop support • Work with Tier 2 team/ vendors on IT room routine check, repair, and maintenance, and computer HW repair/maintenance. 2. Communication and collaboration • Routine check on meeting room device: network ports, phones, VC, TV, scheduler, etc., basic troubleshooting and maintenance • Work with the Tier 2 team on communication and collaboration tools support (ZOOM, SLACK, Intune, etc.). • Assist the tier 2 team on phone circuit installation/maintenance/troubleshooting • Work with tier 2 team/vendors on HW repair and maintenance (VC system, TV, etc.) 3. Network support. • Basic onsite troubleshooting and support on the network system. • Wired/wireless system routine check, maintenance. • Work with the tier 2 team on wired/wireless network troubleshooting • Assist the tier 2 team on network circuit installation/maintenance/troubleshooting, etc. 4. IT asset/inventory management • Assign IT assets/accessories to or collect IT assets/accessories from users according to the company process. • Inventory management: User acceptance, FA transfer & update in SNOW. • Inventory physical count. 5. IT room maintenance • Work with the tier 2 team on new hardware installation in the IT room. • Work with the tier 2 team/vendor on a hardware routine check for servers, network devices, storage systems, etc. • Environmental routine check: monitor the IT room temperature, work with the tier 2 team and GWS (facility) team on solving IT room environmental issues. 6. Other tasks assigned by the company.
