About the Role We are looking for an IT Operations Contractor to support our local business with day-to-day IT needs. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth and secure IT operations, provide hands-on technical support, and collaborate with regional and global IT teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Provide day-to-day IT support for users, systems, and applications. 2. Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, PCs, mobile devices, POS systems, printers, and scanners. 3. Ensure smooth operation of retail systems. 4. Perform system updates, patching, and firmware upgrades as needed. 5. Assist with IT procurement, asset tracking, and vendor coordination. 6. Support IT projects such as local initiatives, store, renovation, and retail events. 7. Provide in-store support during business hours, with flexibility for urgent after-hours needs. What we’re Looking For 1. Experience in IT operations or technical support roles. 2. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, and basic networking. 3. Familiarity with retail IT systems (such as POS) is a plus. 4. Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on, proactive approach. 5. Good communication and collaboration skills. 6.
