Job Description • Market study support: work with sales/NPD team to conduct market research to identify technical trends, product differentiators, customer pain points; define competition status and target customers • Go-to-market strategy: Align value proposition and develop NPD marketing collateral, including but not limited to tech sheet, catalog, product animation, sample board, training materials, etc. Partner with sales & engineer team to conduct training for distributors • New product communication: launch new products online/offline to enhance awareness and promotion efficiency. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluency in English is a must. • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial/component industry, e.g., connectors, semiconductor, mechanical, with a solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics. E-commerce experience is a plus. • Proficient in copywriting, strong social media management skills, including experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms. • Skills in graphic design, photography, or video editing are highly desirable, as the ability to produce visual content will enhance the overall quality of marketing materials. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
