You will be responsible for providing first line Service Desk support to all Vishay computer and network users, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email, or remote desktop, in compliance with Vishay‘s Global IT Policies. What you will be doing: • Problem Analysis, Resolution and Prevention • Provide 1st line technical support, answering queries via phone, email or remote desktop support to resolve hardware or software issues • Support users in the use of Vishay-standard computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice • Escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT support groups • Support new projects and enhance equipment automation

本職缺以 LabVIEW 為核心開發工具，適合具程式基礎且希望投入自動化量測系統開發之工程師，將透過實務專案培養量測系統開發能力。 1. 使用 LabVIEW 開發晶圓機器人量測系統與測試程式。 2. 整合各類感測器與量測設備。(DAQ/各式儀器) 3. 建構晶圓機器人產品研發階段之自動化測試系統 4. 進行晶圓機器人性能量測。(如精度、振動...等特性量測) 5. 分析量測數據並協助產品設計優化。(Python/MATLAB) 6. 與機構、軟體工程師合作進行系統開發。

Engineering Management & Collaboration • Manage engineering documentation, BOMs, and product structures within ERP/PDM systems. • Conduct risk assessments, cost evaluations, and technical trade-off studies. • Collaborate closely with optical, electrical, software, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Opto-Mechatronics Engineering, Photonics Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in semiconductor equipment, inspection systems, laser equipment, projection systems, or related industries. • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in opto-mechanical system design and development.
