• Develop and maintain the Supplier Monitoring Plan in coordination with Quality Manager • Support the supplier selection process by evaluating supplier quality capability, quality management systems, and process maturity • Conduct supplier quality assessments and audits (potential supplier audits, process audits, system audits) prior to onboarding • Define and communicate Sylux supplier quality requirements – including applicable standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ASPICE, ISO 26262) and contractual quality obligations • Support the maintenance of approved supplier list in collaboration with supplier management • Evaluate supplier APQP readiness and establish quality checkpoints aligned to the Sylux industrialization timeplan • Own and execute ACQ.4 process activities across all active supplier engagements • Define and agree supplier monitoring plans including review frequency, work product checkpoints, and quality gates • Review and evaluate supplier-provided work products against agreed acceptance criteria and quality requirements • Track supplier process compliance with agreed development standards • Conduct periodic supplier progress reviews and document findings, risks, and agreed actions • Support preparation for ASPICE assessment involving supplier monitoring processes • Support in defining PPAP scope, level and submission requirements for each supplier per program requirements • Align supplier PPAP due dates with the Sylux industrialization timeplan and communicate critical path milestones • Review and approve supplier PPAP packages including: PSW, Control plan, PFMEA, MSA, Process capability studies and inspection reports • Track PPAP submission status across all critical suppliers and escalate delays that impact the industrialization schedule • Define and monitor supplier quality KPIs • Monitor and evaluate supplier continual improvement activities

About the Role: In this role, you will focus on developing and optimizing our Product Information Management (PIM) system for a major overseas client in the e-commerce space. You will design and maintain robust microservices that handle large-scale product data ingestion, catalog management, and syndication to various sales channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work deeply with complex data modeling, advanced SQL optimization, and modern Java technologies in a highly collaborative international environment. We are looking for an IAM One Identity Developer who will be responsible for the design, further development, and implementation of Identity & Access Management solutions in an enterprise environment. In the Otto Group context, this primarily includes the development of modules and extensions for our IAM processes, and the IT shop based on One Identity Manager (v8/v9) and our Angular frontend as well as the automation of user lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver). 1. Tasks & Responsibilities Development & Customizing • Conceptualization, development, and implementation of IAM solutions based on One Identity (version 8 or higher). • Development of extensions, scripts, and interfaces (VB.NET / .NET-based enhancements). • Development of new IAM modules for end-to-end user lifecycle automation. • Adaptation & further development of web portals based on Angular, workflows, and processes in One Identity Manager.
