(1)Responsible for automotive product development: part survey, schematics capture, layout checking, simulation, BOM generating, debugging and testing. (2)Responsible for automotive product development documents: DFMEA, PPAP…etc (3)Collaborate with layout engineers, validation engineers, software engineers, firmware engineers, power engineers and other teams to discover and solve any issues of designs in early stage to ensure and enhance the quality of the products. (4)Accomplish the products to conform to engineering specifications, customer performance expectations. Understand the vehicle certification/regulations/customer testing requirements. (5)Understand the factory production process and testing methods.

We welcome you to join the team. 【工作範圍】 我們正在尋找一位具備領導經驗及測試流程管理能力的系統驗證測試 Team Lead，負責團隊運作與測試品質的整體掌控。 工作內容： 1. 具備績效目標規劃設定以及Target Oriented. 2. 具備ISO品質開發系統流程持續改善及規劃能力與產品產線稽核流程的能力. 3. 具備客戶端與跨部門品質流程問題處理及問題解決的能力 4. 具備建立部門流程和系統效能持續優化的能力. 5. 帶領團隊進行測試任務分配與進度控管，確保測試目標如期達成。 6. 執行測試計畫（功能測試、回歸測試、相容性測試、複合性測試），確保測試覆蓋率與品質達標。 7. 參與測試計畫與測試用例設計討論，從測試角度提出建設性建議。 8. 協調軟體 Release 流程，與工程師密切合作，確保測試資源的妥善安排。 【必備技能與經驗】 1. 具備至少 5 年以上 QA 團隊領導或管理經驗，能獨立帶領小型團隊。 2. 具備產線,流程系統整合管理能力及良好的溝通協調能力與跨部門合作經驗。 3. 具配TQM品質系統改善規劃能力與執行力. 4. 跨產品面的技術自學能力. 【加分項目】 1. 熟悉測試流程改善與管理，能夠主動提出測試相關建議。 2. 有車載測試相關經驗者佳（如熟悉 Vector 工具 CANoe／CANalyzer 操作）。 3. 具備良好的英文讀寫與溝通能力（TOEIC 450 分以上為佳）。

1. Provide leadership and manage the work activities of direct reports in the area of application development for Commercial-off-the-Shelf applications that includes new solutions and enhancement of existing applications 2. Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule applications development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff 3. Accountable for availability and performance of applications portfolio, including ownership of incidents and release management 4.
