The job requires also visiting and supporting our sites in Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung. This position does not require the support of product-related issues (FSE). Good communication and good knowledge of data-networks are essential for reaching the objectives of this job successfully. Tasks: - IT: Maintain an overview about all notebooks/desktops/IT Devices (purchase, configuration, condition and an eventual replacement). - IT: Set-up note-book/desk-top for new employees (new accounts), including SUSS Outlook (email system). Terminate accounts when employee leaves. - IT: Familiarity with windows server and infrastructure services. - IT: Familiarity with Cisco and Palto device maintenance and support. - IT: Familiarity with CAD software architecture to support daily R&D work. Solidworks and Zuken E3 - IT: Communicate and work with HQ’s IT for SUSS Domain Server issues and project. - IT: Global project support.

1. Field support to all customers in the Middle part of Taiwan 2. Support systems or machines of SUSS products; main task is related to hardware but might involve software troubleshooting in some occasions 3. On a rotary basis, required for on-call duty 4. Obligate to learn new products through daily work and training events; required to attend training events upon arrangement 5. Required to participate in customer service meetings, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts 6. Write reports on time for the purpose of administration, service events, technical data and improvement 7. Proactively take ownership on resolving service problems 8. Assist in application and sales to promote SUSS products toward customers 9. Other services assigned by management

參與電源產品(UPS, Inverter, Charger)開發設計，職缺包含 - 硬體線路設計 - 編寫韌體程式 - 結構包裝設計 - 熱模擬分析 電源產品功能測試驗證 新零件或新架構評估導入

工作內容： 負責規劃及執行功能安全策略，確保車用產品遵循ISO 26262標準。 學歷與經歷： 1. 大學畢業以上，電機工程、電子工程、資訊工程或相關科系為主 2. 3年以上車用電子或相關行業的工作經驗 需求條件： 1. 具功能安全管理的實際工作經驗者優先 2. 具ISO 26262相關授課證明或考照證書 3. 具備車用系統軟硬體開發的經驗 4. 有PM/PL等經驗佳 5. 英文讀寫能力佳
