We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the development of mission-critical software solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to manage the product lifecycle and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has experience working with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and delivering scalable, customer-focused software solutions in fast-paced industries like IT, cloud services, or software development. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products with a meaningful impact, collaborating closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to ensure the success and continuous improvement of our products. Job Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include: 1. Product Development & Ownership: Define the product vision and strategy, develop roadmaps, and take ownership of products from ideation to delivery and beyond. 2. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, including research, design, prototyping, development, testing, promotion, and user support. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to align product features with business goals and ensure smooth execution. 4. Performance Tracking: Use KPIs and analytics tools to monitor product performance, deeply understand user needs, and prioritize improvements or future developments. 5. Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key users, to communicate product vision, seek feedback, and ensure alignment. 6. (Optional) Scalable Design: Ensure products are designed for scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with modern backend and cloud-native architectures. Provide comprehensive delivery plan / demand vs supply analysis / logistic services to customer. 2. Coordinate internal planning team through front-end wafer to far-backend package to meet customer‘s delivery target of each configuration. 3.
