Job Content：(TSMC Operations Engineer Job Vacancies) 1. Process Integration Engineer (1) To be responsible for helping to drive process/device development and optimization of Flash/CMOS/RF devices in order to meet scaling, performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. (2) Identify and solve IC process and device problems. 2. Process Engineer (1) Develop and sustain process technologies for flash memory and logic products. (2) Working with different teams or external suppliers to drive integrated module development, control and improvements. (3) Be responsible for daily operations, such as fine-tune recipe, prepare engineering reports, process and equipment troubleshooting (4) Need to work in Fab clean room and be familiar with operating equipment and organizing data. ＜部門介紹＞ 負責建構與維運公司各項國際標準管理系統，涵蓋品質(ISO 9001,IATF 16949,ISO 13485),環安衛(ISO 14001,ISO 45001),資安(ISO 27001, ISO27701),社會責任(RBA)等領域。並推動內部流程改善,系統整合及數位轉型專案，協助企業提升營運效率與合規表現。 ＜工作內容＞ 1. 優化公司管理流程 2. 協助內外部稽核進行(含多項國際管理系統標準) •負責ISO系列標準(ISO 9001,IATF 16949,ISO 13485,ISO 14001,ISO 45001,ISO 27001),TISAX,RBA規劃年度稽核計畫，協助部門完成內部稽核作業，追蹤改善行動進度。 •應對第三方稽核,客戶稽核與法規查核，並協助稽核前資料整備與稽核當日接待應答。 3. 推動內部流程改善與數位轉型專案 •規劃並執行流程管理數位化。 •與IT或AI應用團隊合作，導入新工具以簡化管理作業與提升透明度。 •建立內部專案管理機制，監控專案時程,風險與資源使用狀況。 ＜條件要求＞ 1. 具2年以上ISO管理系統相關工作經驗，熟悉至少兩項以上標準尤佳。 2. 具備系統化思維，喜歡解決問題,優化流程。 3. 具備良好專案管理能力,跨部門溝通能力及改善提案執行力。 4. 具備電子製造產業經驗者佳。

【About the Team】 We are the Auto OEM Software Engineering Team. Our mission is to develop reliable and innovative automotive meter clusters and infotainment systems in collaboration with global OEM partners. We are committed to delivering exceptional user experiences and achieving the highest standards of software quality. 【Responsibilities】 As a software engineer on the product team, we will be responsible for the following: 1. Application & Framework Development - Design and implement application and framework-level features for automotive meter clusters and in-vehicle infotainment systems. - Focus on user interaction flows, service logic, and seamless integration between applications and system services. 2. Automotive Communication Integration - Develop and maintain vehicle communication features using CAN and related automotive protocols. - Collaborate with system teams to interpret vehicle signals and integrate them into application-level functionality. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, system integrators, and project managers. - Contribute to the development of features and test flows specific to production environments. - Ensure timely and quality-aligned deliverables that meet customer expectations and validation processes. 4. Debugging, Code Review, Documentation & Quality Assurance - Participate in debugging, code reviews, and software testing to ensure robust and maintainable code. - Assist in issue triaging and root cause analysis during development and integration phases. - Follow structured development processes (e.g., ASPICE, Agile/Scrum), write clear documentation, and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
