1. 領導團隊進行軟體設計之測試與驗證。 2. 管理並培養部門成員，進行任務分配、人力資源規劃及技術指導。 3. 管理整個軟體開發專案測試與驗證流程（前置規劃、流程分析、解決方案評估、系統分析、系統驗證、系統測試、使用者測試）。 4. 進行專案過程中必要之跨部門溝通協調工作, 及負責專案測試執行上風險之管理與排除。 5. 對於測試自動化之應用需求，思考合適之解決方案，主導測試自動化規劃及推進發展。 6. 負責建立軟體測試品質指標及標準，並規劃優化測試流程。

產品： 該單位目前是開發新產品，項目為直接接觸式冷熱循環測試機，產品為半導體測試使用 專業發展的部分 1.依照產品需求開發溫度控制功能 2.開發並維護ARM Cortex-M4以及MCU於系統整合控制與數位訊號處理 3.少許部分的軟體工具(C#)開發與維護 4.與部門的外籍人員以及客服部在專案上的合作，短期國內外客戶端參訪與出差可能 5.與應用工程師對於生產線異常回饋的問題一起釐清與排除 日常與實務的部分: 該工作會與機構電控合作一起開發系統的軟韌體並以C/C++語言為主，廠內有個人的辦公空間且無須進無塵室穿脫無塵衣。 其他部分: ※部門提供免費小點心、下午茶提供
