Digital Oncology and Advanced Oncology Solutions team, Clinical Solution Manager. You will be the critical bridge between the Global Business Line (BL) and the China market, responsible for the successful localization of cutting-edge DO&AOS solutions. You will be deeply involved in the product lifecycle—from market requirement analysis, localization design, and pricing strategy to regulatory registration and post-launch portfolio optimization. You need to deeply understand clinical needs and technology trends while possessing strong business acumen to drive growth by building competitive product solutions and business cases. You are responsible for Product Marketing · Design product offerings and corresponding pricing strategies · Define customer segmentation and value proposition · Educate both internal and external stakeholders on Varian DO&AOS portfolio · Collect needs and propose product optimization plan · Generate demands in new and existing markets to maximize sales · Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help to move prospects and customers through the sales cycle · Assist Sales and Pre-Sales to provide deeper dives into the Varian DO&AOS portfolio · Conduct in-depth market and financial analysis for new product introductions, major enhancements, or new market opportunities.
