Category Strategy and Planning: • Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy aligned with Coupang‘s overall business objectives. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. • Work closely with the leadership team to set category-specific goals and constantly evaluate performance metrics. Assortment Planning and Product Selection: • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to curate a diverse and high-quality product assortment that meets customer demands. • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify gaps or opportunities within the category and make informed decisions on product selection.
