Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement strategic annual plans to engage domestic students across all degree levels, helping them develop a deeper understanding of TSMC. 2. Innovate and oversee the execution of student engagement initiatives to promote TSMC as an employer of choice. 3. Build and nurture relationships with university faculty, career center staff, and professors to increase TSMC’s campus presence and gather valuable insights for internal sharing. 4. Conduct analysis of domestic student talent markets to provide insights that support recruitment strategies. 5. Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to align on business needs and optimize recruitment strategies. The Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s ESG communication strategies. This role focuses on enhancing stakeholder sustainability awareness and driving meaningful action through creative campaigns, strategic content dissemination, and multi-channel engagement. The role requires direct engagement with the company’s executive management team to align ESG initiatives with corporate strategy and business goals. The manager will oversee projects, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with global ESG standards. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement creative ESG engagement strategies to raise sustainability awareness and influence stakeholder behavior. 2. Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including events, digital marketing, and corporate initiatives. 3. Create high-impact multilingual ESG content tailored to diverse audiences across different platforms. 4. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including direct collaboration with the executive management team, to promote ESG initiatives and foster long-term engagement. 5.
