我們正在尋找一位具備 2–3 年實務經驗的 人力資源專員(HR Generalist),以支援我們在台灣持續成長的團隊。此職位將是執行 HR 營運的關鍵夥伴,確保符合法規要求,並在整個員工任職週期中提供順暢的員工體驗。
主要職責:
人資營運與行政管理: 處理日常 HR 事務,包括員工入離職、聘僱合約與人事資料管理。
員工關係: 作為員工人資相關問題的第一聯繫窗口,並在必要時進行問題升級與處理。
績效考核協調: 協助組織績效考核流程並維護相關文件。
薪資與福利管理: 與薪資服務商/財務部門合作,確保薪資、保險及退休金處理準確。
招募支援: 協助刊登職缺、履歷篩選、面試安排與候選人溝通。
法規遵循: 協助確保公司符合台灣勞動法規、社會保險及法定福利要求。
培訓與員工活動: 協助規劃與執行培訓課程、工作坊與員工參與活動。
人資報表: 維護人資資料並製作基本報表(如人數統計、離職率等)。
我們認為理想的人選應具備:
人力資源管理、企業管理或相關科系之學士學位。
2–3 年人資工作經驗,尤其是擔任 Generalist 或 HR Operations 相關角色。
良好的中英文溝通能力。
具組織性、細心,並能同時處理多項任務。
具薪資與福利作業支援經驗。
熟悉台灣勞動法令與法定福利制度。
對員工資訊具備高度保密與謹慎態度。
加分條件:
具新創公司或快速變動環境的工作經驗。
熟悉 HRIS 或其他人資系統工具。
What We Need:
We‘re looking for an HR Generalist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support our growing team in Taiwan. This role will be a key partner in executing HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and delivering a smooth employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration: Manage daily HR tasks including employee onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, and personnel records.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and escalate issues as needed.
Performance Review Coordination: Help organize performance review cycles and maintain documentation.
Payroll & Benefits: Work with payroll providers/finance to ensure accurate payroll, insurance, and pension processing.
Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
Compliance: Support compliance with Taiwan labor regulations, social insurance, and statutory benefits.
Training & Engagement Logistics: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
HR Reporting: Maintain HR data and prepare basic reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or HR operations role in Taiwan.
Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws and statutory benefits.
Discreet with sensitive employee information.
Bonus Points
Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HRIS or HR tools.
