We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing&Business Manager to help us in our marketing operation in Farmina. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of our direct marketing plan to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion and Direct Marketing team management. Digital Marketing&Business Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing&Business Manager include: - Building strong Marketing programs/campaigns to drive engagement with the target audience - Marketing Expenditure Budget management and performance reporting of the team - Team management and individual performance monitoring - Planning of in-store and guerrilla marketing activities on the field - Recruitment, training and coordinating Sell out activities - Planning merchandising projects and management of POS materials - Organization of meeting and training programs - Collecting feedback from the field and improvement on direct marketing activities - Plan Marketing activities for new product launches - Monitoring of Self and team‘s main KPIs - Market research, keep updated with current industry trends and competitor‘s analysis Farmina Pet Foods is a nutrition company, related to high-quality pet food.
