It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the development of mission-critical software solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to manage the product lifecycle and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has experience working with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and delivering scalable, customer-focused software solutions in fast-paced industries like IT, cloud services, or software development. Job Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include: 1. Product Development & Ownership: Define the product vision and strategy, develop roadmaps, and take ownership of products from ideation to delivery and beyond. 2. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, including research, design, prototyping, development, testing, promotion, and user support. 3. Performance Tracking: Use KPIs and analytics tools to monitor product performance, deeply understand user needs, and prioritize improvements or future developments. 5. The ideal candidate should have product management experience for mission-critical systems and non-stop computing design experience. The person is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with different groups to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The Product Manager also provides that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Your responsibility includes: 1. Develop product roadmap and feature sets for enterprise business systems covering Customer Relationship Mgmt, Product Lifecycle Mgmt, Supply Chain Mgmt, Finance and Cost Mgmt, Human Capital Mgmt. and Logistics. 2.
