【職務簡介】 作為行銷專案專員，您將負責 JTL 產品推廣從規劃到執行的完整流程。此職位需擔任跨部門與外部合作對象的聯繫窗口，負責將品牌策略落實於產品行銷、外部合作及實體活動。您需具備獨立作業能力與商業判斷力，在確保執行細節符合品牌標準的同時，能有效在預算與時程內達成目標，並透過流程優化與跨界資源整合，驅動品牌在市場上的成長與落地。 【核心工作內容】 ◇ 專案拆解與流程規劃 主導新產品上市專案之工作分解結構擬定，將高階策略目標拆解為可執行的具體任務。 運用專案管理工具（如 Notion）建構標準化協作看板，進行逆向排程，確保跨部門準時交付。 ◇產品 Go-To-Market 企劃 執行市場競品調研與使用者洞察，提煉產品核心價值（USP），並制定各階段上市溝通策略。 能敏銳判讀品牌視覺與文字調性，確保所有產出符合品牌溝通調性。 ◇商業文案提煉與外部資源接洽 將技術研發端之複雜產品功能，轉化為直擊市場痛點的商業行銷文案。 執行外部合作夥伴的開發、商務條件談判、合約對接與進度管理。 ◇成效數據分析與實證洞察 具備將專案成效「數字化」的能力。能追蹤並分析行銷活動、展覽及網紅合作後的各項成效數據，將其轉化為結構化的評估報告。

- Coordinate Overseas procurement Arrange the delivery on time to ensure smooth operations. - Negotiate complex sales operational to meet customer satisfaction. - Optimize systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency. - Support inventory management to achieve KPI targets. - Maintain systems regularly to support process integrity and data accuracy.

工作內容: 1. 製作撰寫各車型車主手冊、車輛操作手冊。 2. 製作撰寫各車型維修技術手冊、電迴路手冊，以提供技術部門使用。 3. 製作撰寫緊急應變手冊。 4. 製作撰寫零件手冊。 5. 協助海外車型文件校稿。 6. 完成主管交辦的其他任務。 具備條件： 1. 工程、製造或資料管理相關經驗。 2. 細心嚴謹，具備良好的資料整理與邏輯分析能力。 3. 良好的跨部門溝通協調能力。

We value your individual development in technical and management capabilities and will support you through your career in Kikawa Pump. 工作內容 * Define the quality goal, policies, and procedures * Design, install and evaluate quality assurance process systems, procedures, and statistical techniques * Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment. * Analyze production and service limitations and standards. * May conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools * Lead failure investigations and deliver throughout reports * Improve product and process control with quality tools such as DOE * Apply and Maintain standards (ISO 9001、ISO 45001、 ISO 14001…) * Apply and Maintain product certificates and certifications (CE, RoHs, CSA, CCC, NSF…) * Execute V&V of product, process, and service Design * Integrate all engineering functions with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues
