1. 負責CNC加工機及其他現場加工機操作。 2. 協助廠內開模與型修，並管理委託件之加工進度。 3. 負責製模加工技術之提升訓練。 4. 負責加工現場安全督導與管理。 5. 協助改善製程品質與成效追蹤。 6. 負責機械加工設備的維護、保養。

1.新產品工程專案進度管理 2.與客戶溝通協調 (對外工作語言主要為英文) 3.安排新產品物料管控與生產安排，並監控物料IQC異常並反饋給客戶要求廠商改善 4.管理車間生產流程，反饋任何線上異常並要求工程師/客戶 立即協助解決問題，並協助改善組裝問體、主導測試驗證，讓組裝治具/手法、測試工站與軟件更適合量產使用 5.安排新產品物料、機台出貨，並提供客戶出貨與handcarry的報關文件與機台出貨管理

[About the Role] We are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Software Product Manager to join our team in Tucheng, New Taipei. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of the software roadmap for our industry-leading connectivity solutions, including: •Fiber Gateways •Wi-Fi Mesh Extenders •4G/5G Mobile Routers •Indoor/Outdoor Gateways •Companion APPs with cloud integration You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape the future of next-generation broadband and wireless solutions, ensuring a balance of customer satisfaction and business success. [Key Responsibilities] •Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product software roadmap, aligning with user needs, market trends, and emerging technologies. •Assist in gathering and defining product requirements and user stories for hardware-software integrated solutions. •Support competitive analysis and market research to help drive product differentiation and innovation. •Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, sales, and support teams to deliver high-quality product features. •Participate in customer feedback analysis, field trials, and technical evaluations to guide enhancements. •Help prepare product documentation, internal briefs, and feature overviews for various stakeholders. •Track product KPIs and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
